Organization and Project Plan Template Proposal

      Texas has been the headquarters of Texas Head Start Program which started as a statewide and non-profiting charity or body.   This was purposely established in 1965 to foster efficient and all-inclusive services for the benefit of many financially trouble children as well as to their respective families.   These services are served from birth to 5 years.   At this present time, the generous individuals behind this humanitarian association have tendered nearly to 25 million pre-school aged children all over the state of Texas.
      It is this organization’s genuine mission to deliver exemplary educational tools and support young learners who need to drop out from school due to the financial tightness that the latter continually experience.   These people are financially handicapped for a couple of years now.   Thus, it is the focus and vision of this charitable body to give out financial opportunities to all children and families who live below the poverty line.   These people might have the desire to uplift their way of living; but, they might also failed to get the opportunity to take advantage with any form of aid from other people leading to their life-long success.
      This program was created in 1965 by the Federal Government of the state. The responsibility or duty to design and launch a summer program or activity that is expected to last for three days was put on the shoulder of a panel.   This aims to help give low financially profiled families that include small children with lots of the opportunities to gain assistance and support on the different aspects of their lives. These supports motivate them to show their real feelings, interact with peers and be conscious on their health/nutrition and psychological needs.
