Abstract
Securing employment in Apple Inc. Company is almost an impossible mission for an applicant. However, the company has a necessary procedure that is established to be followed that has become like an organizational culture adopted by every employ. Apple’s performance has improved over the past five years, and this has also led to enhancement of the recruitment procedure. This paper aims at evaluating the company’s recruitment documentation, the employability, personal and communication skills used by the company. The paper will also examine the internal and external finance for Apple Inc. Company.
Introduction
The case study business organization is Apple Inc. Company. The company is one of the largest iPhone, iPads and smartphone manufacturing company across the world. The company has employed over 12,000 people in California; the US where the companies headquarter is located and over 50,000 people worldwide where the company has some other branches. The company produces smartphones, iPhones, iPads, iPods, and computers. Currently, the company operates in more than 20 countries around the world targeting over 10 million customers. The company was founded by Steve Jobs and Ronald Wayne in 1976.
Methods
This research involved the collection of information from Apple Inc. Company. The information was collected through two primary research methods; first, it involved a survey of the company’s recruitment records and the financial records. Additionally, the research also involved interview of the executive management officers of the company represented by the CEO. The information was collected and analyzed in the findings and discussion section below.
