Biomarkers are extensively applied for diagnosis and clinical decision making in various medical specialties including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular and neurological diseases. Owing to its ability to diagnose diseases at an early stage, biomarkers are extensively used in the cancer diagnosis and treatment.
