Cause and Effects of a Car Accident

In today’s world there are so many reasons for car accidents, and the effects sometimes are life-long. When I was 10 years old, my mother and I were on our way to Sea World when we were rear ended by a man in a huge red truck. He began yelling and screaming as he jumped out of his truck to come to the window. My mother, not saying a word to the irate man, called the police and reported the accident. As the police and ambulance arrived at the stop light where the accident had occurred, the man in the truck took off on foot in the other direction. After being chased down the street, the man was finally caught by police and brought by my mom’s car reeking of alcohol. Drinking and driving are just one of the causes of car accidents.
One of the most important factors about car accidents is not following the rules of the road which can be with exceeding speed limit, using alcohol, or driving while driver is sleepless. Exceeding the speed limit causes great accidents because with this exceeding driver loses the control of his driving and then occur accidents. Violation of the rules can also be with using alcohol before or while driving. Although there are strict legal punishments about this issue, drivers keep using it. Unfortunately, this also causes traffic accidents, because after getting alcohol, drivers cannot pay attention to the road. The other factor is the sleepless drivers. They are like the others; cannot pay attention to the road and they even fall asleep while they are driving.
It can be frustrating and even down right irritating to notice that the other driver who caused a crashes while talking on a cell phone. Unfortunately, all too many people think that they can handle the task of driving and talking to their boss or a friend they’re on their way to meet; or texting checking a work email with phone in one hand and steering wheel in the other.
