-All sectors of the baby food market experienced an increase in consumption during the survey period. The market
for baby food in China rose by 36% between 2009 and 2015.
-Baby milks continue to dominate the market, accounting for over 92% of value and 86% of volume. Much of the
remainder of the market is made up of cereals and dry meals, which account for 4-5% of value and 7-8% of
volume.
