Your task?   Use the company you selected for your Mission and Vision Paper and briefly explain a strategy that company has recently attempted to execute. Now, using that strategy, identify the concern (management, operation, marketing, finance, R&D or MIS) that you believe could have caused the strategy to fail had it not been properly considered.
