With the huge development of the technology and society, a bunch of productions has been sprount up and used worldwide, including television. It is increasingly vital for our children to spend their free time out of school which also enables our parents get rid of so much pressure that intensive work brings to them.

It is evident that we have benefited from the media a lot. We have not only been provided with the vivid entertainment but also numourous information, which makes our life more colorful and funny than before. Besides, It is possible for the parents to release themselves after intensive work instead of consistantly spend time with their kids thanks to stimulating TV series. Thinking that their decendants could learn from these programs makes them less guilty for the lack of parenting.

However, there are some experts figure out the shortcomings. They claim that our little generation has spent too much time sitting in front of a TV set instead of going out to enjoy nature. This would be much of harm to them which makes them much easily to get ill. What's more, our kids would be affluented by some negative information shown on television, like violence. Regarding there are little limites on the press, it is not easy for the adultscends to distinct the right from wrong, the good from bad. They probably would like to simulate the behaviour impulsively. The phnomenon exsists not only in teleision field but also in other public press areas.

To my point of view, it is not wise for us to abandon televison completely although there are some nagative points. In order to ensure our benefits, we need to make some restrictions and regulations to the series. Besides, more ways of relaxing should be encouraged to fulfill us.
