Another reason we should use torture is because of the acts of terrorism that have already been committed on the United States. We should use any and all means necessary to bring those who planed 9/11. Do you not think that we should bring those men who organized the mass murder of over 3000 United States citizens to justice? They should be found and tried for war crimes and terrorism because of the attacks they have done to the United States and other allied countries. Terrorists are ruthless killers that will do anything to attack the United States. They have no morals and no reasoning, they will not stop until someone stops them. As we’ve seen they will go to extreme measures to harm the United States and its citizens because of the way we are free. 9/11 is the most extreme attack that has happened to the United States, this is a prime example that proves their determination to the destruction and death of America. Also another reason we should use torture is because of the fact that even if we stop they won’t. Any prisoner that is in Guantanamo Bay is fed well, allowed books to read, and they are able to pray at any time. But the media distorts what actually goes on there. Every time we get valuable information the media assumes that we used cruel and unusual ways to get it. But in fact any torture that actually goes on is monitored by doctors and is set by rules. So it is completely humane and there is no cruel on unusual punishment. Yet it doesn’t matter how well we treat them because either way when an American soldier is captured he is brutally tortured or most often killed. So there is no point in stopping when they are just going to see it as a way for them to set up even more terrorist cells and creating more plans to kill even more United States citizens. We should also use torture because it gives us information on a timely basis. With that we have very little time to get plans made to overcome them, but we still make it work and keep...
