BREAKFAST FOODS
      Morning, for me, is the worst part of the day.  I always feel that I am missing many hours of sleep.  I realize if I don't wake up and go to where I don't want to be, my job, I would no longer have a paycheck. The car would be repossessed; the dog would go to the pound, and the house would be foreclosed. I will have to wake up and go to work, and so I have to decide what to have for breakfast. Usually, the breakfast options are limited to cold cereals, hot cereals, and the artery clogging foods. It would help if the selection of breakfast foods were not so few.
      The fastest and most popular breakfast food is cold cereal. There is a wide variety of name brands from which to choose. If you desire sweets, the choice is abundant. For example, Frosted Corn Flakes, made by Kellogg's, is a grain cereal that consists of fine corn flour, sugar, corn syrup, calcium, and various other chemicals to preserve freshness. On the other hand, Honey Bunches of Oats is one of many choices for the health conscious. Manufactured by Post cereals, it is a grain cereal which also has a list of ingredients like corn, whole wheat, rolled oats, almond, rice, honey and brown sugar instead of processed sugar. You can cover up a bowl of cereal with banana slices or blueberries, but that's where it ends. No matter what you use to cover up the bowl of cereal, it will become boring very fast.
      A different option that may satisfy you in the morning is hot cereal. Not as popular as the cold cereal but just as fast, this breakfast food does not fall in the must have category. It does, however, warrant the respect of other healthy foods; it is nutritious and can lower cholesterol levels. The only problem is the assortment available. Usually, it is a very limited selection in the supermarket. The most popular is Quaker Oats. The ingredients are simple: 100% rolled oats. The oats can be prepared easily.
