Flirting Strategies
When we think about flirting, it seems like men always makes the first move, but it is wrong. Some people think flirting is a random act to have easy sex, and some people think flirting is a negative word to describe love, but it isn't. Flirting is a human nature; we can't resist it. Everyone knows how to flirt; even children know how to get other people’s attention.   People flirt with their potential lifetime partner, flirt to have easy sex, and flirt when they are not looking for either. Flirting is like a game, and it brings joys of its own. No matter where you’re at, the flirting attitude seems the same in cultures around the world. Flirting is a task which can be extremely difficult; we must act properly to accomplish it successfully. According to the Psychologist Monica Moore, who has spent more than 2000 hours observing flirting maneuvers in restaurants, bars, and parties, found there were 4 flirting strategies mostly used.
First of all, nonverbal body language is the most effective method used for flirting.   It is very important for people to make eye contact. For example, people will often begin with a glance seeking out their target. Then they will look at a target with short darting glances. Because some people are shy to have eye contact, they quickly look away then looking back again.   Also, people can be more aggressive. For instance, flirters can flirt with several different people at once until one respond.   If they fail to read this body language, flirters could try something else, such as smiling, laughing, and nodding.
Once people succeed in being noticed during the nonverbal body language stage, they’re ready to move to the next strategy. Start a conversation with the person they are interested in.   During this stage people may have to use pick-up lines first, such as: “Do you have the time?”   Or “Today is nice day, isn't it?” After that, flirters may introduce themselves.
