Democratic Ideas

 Attempting to establish democratic principles of government, is one of the
things The Glorious, The American, The French Revolution focused on. Extending
the rights to govern had far reaching consequences for them. The Magna Carta was
a document that established respect for certain rights.The English Bill Of Rights
extended due process of law to the nobility. Declaration Of The Rights Of Man and
The extended individual liberties and consent of government. The are five key
democratic ideals, but The Magna Carta, English Bill Of Rights and Declaration
Of The Rights Of Man and The Citizen are the most significance in establishing
democratic traditions.

The Magna Carta (1215) is important because it establishes the principles
of the rule of law, limited government and due to process of law .It was document that
prohibited anyone to abuse any power including the king. Because of this document
was regarded as   The Magna Carta protected the interest of other social classes.
It had same ideas as The English Bill Of Rights and Declaration Of The Rights To
Man and Citizens

In Addition English Bill Of Rights (1619) is significant because it extended
individual liberties and due to process of law to the nobility. Precisely almost alike
as The Magna Carta.This bill restricted existing laws and made it clear that the
monarchs must follow them. It declared that the ruler had to seek the consent of
the parliment.It also affirmed several rights to the right to petition to the monarch.
Distinct from the magna carta it had the freedom of   speech   in the parliment,and
freedom from excessive bail, excessive fines and cruel punishments.

Outermost Declaration Of the rights of man and the citizens (1789) based
heavily on the American Revolution. The French declaration further announced that
    all male citizens were equal.It asserted freedom of religion and called for taxes well
priced on capacity for people to be able to pay it. But...
