I assist in the production of slides- Hep-2, Crithidia and Neutrophil. I dispense cell suspension,               process and inspect the dispensed slides. I’m also involved in the preparation of IFA product     bulk, pH and autoclave solution; and also filtration in degassing. I perform dilution for testing.             I daily monitor the pH of DI H2O according to the appropriate SOP. I assist in the fluorescent             staining of cell cultures and tissue section utilizing IFA microscope slides. I conduct the set-up and operate the slide pouching machine and IFA slide processing machine. I’m involved in the maintenance, trouble-shooting, calibration and validation aspects of the job.
