Being a Southern girl and a blonde, it’s not a good combination. Immediately, when people see you, they think of you as not being smart. My name is ___________________ and I am from a very small town called Flippin, Arkansas. I am a Freshman and enrolled in Early Childhood Education, but my main plan is to become a Veterinarian. Today you are going to learn a little about me: My favorite clothing and hobby, a Family Tradition of mine, My most influential Person and an Unusual experience I have had.

First of all, since I am from a small town that has more cows and horses than people, my favorite clothes are Western Plaid shirts, old   Blue Jeans and a sturdy pair of Cow Boots.   When moving to Paris, the school board made me change my whole look and personality to fit in with the other students, So you will usually see me wearing what I have on today. Caprees, A cute top and Heels, But sometimes I’ll wear my “home” look.

Second, I wish every moment of my life could be spent in a saddle. God has blessed me with a passion and knowledge for Horseback Riding. I love it all, from the rhythmic motion of the horses movement to the sheer power of a horse given it’s head, it’s a wonderful feeling. Riding out into an open field gives me a chance to clear my mind and think about the most important things in life.

Next, I am a big Family-oriented person. I love our regular family traditions, like Having Family Runions and going to Church every Sunday. But My favorite Family Tradition we have is when we have our yearly “shoot-off.” We drive through our field, head down to the creek, grab a few apples and try to shoot them in half while throwing them in the air. I love this game because me and my sister made it up when we were younger. She tried to shoot that apple a hundred times but never could, I tried once and shot in in half perfectly. I am the best shot in my family, though I refuse to hunt animals.
