It is the age of globalization so the business world is in need to prepare itself to meet the challenges of the global economy and for this purpose various steps are to be taken by the companies such as to retain and appeal its team workers and leaders. In this global environment, it is the responsibility of companies that they should identify, train and develop employees with leadership quality. Many companies are in want of such professionally competent employees who could compete with the global economy and face the challenges. For instance, 85% of 500 companies are having the belief that there is sheer shortage of good number of employees having strong global leadership skills and abilities whereas around 60% of the firms are of the view that though they have skilled employees but their leadership skills are not sufficient enough.   Self-awareness quality is one of the pre-requisites for the managers to manage in the global economy successfully. The managers have to bring themselves up to the standard where they are able to form international teams, manage global employees having varied cultural backgrounds, and build global management along with the global prices. Due to the retirement death, the sheer turnover has been experienced by the managerial, administrative, and executive occupations so in the near future companies will have to face a significant loss of managerial talent. The saying "Good leaders are made not born" is very much true in my view because for becoming good leaders they have to pass through an endless education, will-power, self study, experience and training process. After developing through this process it is possible for them to manipulate organizational environment to achieve improved performance.
