Kajaani University of Applied Sciences is an example of company’s operation. It’s a famous school in Kainuu region. With its 2,000 students and 150 staff members, Kajaani University of Applied Sciences is a multidisciplinary centre of higher education. Their special task is to support the economic and regional development, innovations and internationalisation in Kainuu. It supplied not only Finnish students but also abroad students to come and have practical professional skills, which lead to the Bachelor Degree with a total of nine degree programmes taught in the Finnish language and three in English. Kajaani UAS was established in 1996 and the capital financing firtly was subsidized by the government to improve the higher education. Actually, there are over 100 teachers in the school – who were considered as the main workforce. Besides, there’re many staffs in office or Fox restaurant who were considered as the same although they work in different fields. Kajaani UAS has been successful nowadays because of high quality and professional management like Turo Kilpeläinen – the President of Kajaani UAS, Ms Teija Sievänen – Management Assistant, and some of the Head of other fields like Health and Sport, Engineering, Business or Tourism. The definition of “customer” is considered as nearly 2000 students in school, included both   Finnish or abroad students. The suppliers are some kinds of electric companies, book companies or simply it’s the Fox Restaurant. They supplied many goods, many equipments,   energy, foods and drinks for school today.
