Hey can you imagine that you can have a car and the ability to drive at age 16. Well that is why the diving age should not be changed to age 18. I think that you should have the ability to drive at age 16 because you would need it for work. Also you will need the ability to drive because of for your social life. And lastly why it should not be changed to 18 because teens need the freedom and independence. So that is why the driving age should not be changed to from 16 to 18.  
The driving age should not be changed from 16 to 18 because teens need to go to work. For example if you have a job or you don’t than you need to search for a job and than you will be able to not ask your parents to get you to interviews. Also if you have a job than they will ask you to be on time at all times so if you have your own car than you wont have to wake your parents up and ask them to take you to work. Also you might be a matter of the job you have and also you might need to have your own car in the ability to drive.
You might also need the ability to drive at 16 for your social life. If you need to go to a youth activity than you don’t need to worry about it. Also if a friend needs to see you or if he needs your help than you can go and help him. And also you don’t need to wait for a smelly bus to take you to school but you can take your car. So that is why the driving age should not be changed.
Lastly teens should be able o drive at age 16 is for freedom. Because some times teens need to get out of home to clear out there heads of the home chores. Also they need a car just to go away from home like to a store or a perk where you can enjoy the nature and also where you can forget about everything. Finally teens also might need to go on a road trip with the youth like for camp or to another church activity. So that is why teens driving age should not be changed from 16 to 18 so that teens can have their freedom.
