      In today's business world, the gender stereotype of dominant positions for males and subordinate positions for females in today’s Wall Street upper management career field still exists, and it does hold water. Through several interviews as well as outside resources, the conclusion that there is a bias towards males in the world of corporate executives is proven to be true. In order to support my thesis I have interviewed two female corporate employees at different levels of the corporate ladder, and created a survey, asking participants whether they believe that men or women hold the majority of upper management positions; both methods of research yielding integral results in favor of my thesis. All this information is very important because it will better equip the ladies and gentlemen entering the corporate world with an idea of what role gender plays in the workplace and whether it can be used as an advantage
