Some people prefer to stay in the same job for the same company, but others prefer to change jobs frequently. Discuss

Written by Hong Minh

There is a the fact that almost every employee is faced with a difficult choice between changing and staying in jobs. Anyone, when making decision, has compelling facts to support their opinions. Personally, I agree with changing jobs for some reasons as follows.

Firstly, changing jobs is to discover the best appropriate work for self. Obviously, no one makes sure that they can find suitable job at the first time. Staying in the same jobs, therefore, misses the opportunities to work what we really have competence, which results in success in our occupation.   It is the target that people expect to reach in their own career.

Apart from finding satisfied job, changing jobs cultivates our adaptability. Requirements from a new working environment, beginning relationships and different working features are strong motivations for us to perfect ourselves. As a result, we get more and more flexible, creative and have much   many experiences to deal with the potential problems in working.

Opponents, however, state that they will be promoted if staying in one job. It’s partly true. However,   but changing jobs doesn’t mean that we cannot get promotion. With experiences available in the old company together with catching the chances timely, we completely get a job in bigger and more professional companies whose promotions are unlimited.

In conclusion, changing jobs is an integral part in career of each person, especially young people who are on the road to achieve their purposes in life.
