McDonalds

“ Hi welcome to McDonalds’ , may I take your order”. Almost every person in the entire world has been asked that question, personally I love McDonalds, the salty fries, and the creamy milk shake’s, and of course who doesn’t love the Big Mac ? But in my opinion ( even though I love the Big Mac) McDonalds is probably the most unhealthy fast food restaurant that fast food lovers have ever come across.

Firstly for this project I have done an extensive amount of research, trying to prove why McDonalds is so bad for their consumers.
My first reason for thinking McDonalds is so unhealthy is because of the contents that go into their products. Most of McDonalds products contain huge amounts of sugar’s, trans fats, and loads of grease. Even though those Big Macs and French fries taste amazing, not everything is what it seems, for instance , McDonalds chicken mcnuggets, to make these you would have to take all the real meat of the bone’s of the chicken’s, and then put it through a machine that is like a vacuum that sucks all the left over meat that is on the bone, and that’s what goes into your chicken mcnuggets. If you where to order a super sized coke, fries and a Big Mac, it would take seven straight hours of walking just to burn it off

Secondly McDonalds also can make you really sick, eating those delicious burgers and fries come’s with a price. Eating McDonalds products can lead to obesity, which with that can lead to hypertension, colonary heart disease, adult onset diabetes, stroke, gall bladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, respiratory problems, endometrial, breast, prostate and colon cancer, and many, many, other health problems. Now I’m not saying that eating McDonalds every once and a while will be a total threat to your health, it just all depends on the portions that you eat.
