Prejudice and Descrimination

What is prejudice and what is discrimination ? prejudice and discrimination are two social phenomena’s which occur in many societies , prejudice is an unfair attitude toward a group of people while Discrimination is an unfair act taken against an entire group of people or a society. In this research I will try to focus more on prejudice by viewing it in psychological prospect. According to psychologist prejudice is an irrational behavior done by people against other people leaded by cognitive beliefs ,feelings and behavioral tendencies they are usually negative stereotypes (for example if I was stolen by an Italian man ill believe that all Italians are stealers!) , ultimate attribution error is when a person with a stereotyped beliefs about a particular group of people make internal attribution for their shortcomings   and external   attribution for their success.(BOOK)
First ill speak briefly about racism : is a certain ideology or creed or beliefs that a certain group hold against other people , they believe that   genetic factors which constitute race are a primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race   moreover racists belief that intelligence , industry ,morality are in our biological traits therefore we can’t change them ,speaking more specifically racism is prejudice and discriminaton directed toward a particular group, there is strong solidarity between them moreover they look   at outergoup’s as enemies competitor’s , as unworthy of respect and not equal by human nature to them however racism might based on color , race …., a study made in the U.S. revealed that   (BOOK )
