With the recent merger between InterClean, Inc. and Envirotech, Inc. a new improved sales team that will utilize each organizations best practice will be created and merged into one to implement the additional services that will be available to our customers.
InterClean has aspirations of eventually going global, to be successful the organization needed to go in a new direction. By merging InterClean, which focused on aggressive sales with EnviroTech which focused on customer relationships and retention the organization will be able to provide a friendly full service cleaning solution to twice the amount of existing customers, while at the same time having the knowledge of how to aggressively pursue new potential customers.
In order to create one exceptional sales team from the existing two, a great amount of time and thought needs to exhausted in order to make the best decision for our customers and the organization. To help make the best sound decision a job analysis will be performed. “The purpose of a Job Analysis is to establish and document the 'job relatedness' of employment procedures such as training, selection, compensation, and performance appraisal.” (2009).
With an efficient job analysis we will be able to identify the skills for potential positions within the new sales department. The breakdown of the sales department will be decided by:
1. Experience in solution based selling: This candidate will have extensive knowledge of company products and services and will be able to meet the clients’ needs.
2. Participates in the development of training the sales department:   This candidate will have extensive training experience along with the knowledge of company, state and federal product policies and procedures
