INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS REACHED OUTSIDE THE LEAGUE IN THE 1920’S: A good or bad thing for world peace?
▪ In accordance with the League covenant, all treaties reached between members had to be registered with the League and not undermine its objectives.
▪ Many treaties were indeed registered with the League in this way, but there is an argument that despite this they still undermined the League in indirect ways.
