Advertisements play a major role on TV in market economies, despite the benefits of such information ,many people criticize the role of TV advertising .To what extent do you agree or disagree with their view?
Nowadays , an increasing number of advertisements have flooded TV and it is hardly surprising people read ads   half of the time   when they watch TV.
Some people argue that advertisements play a important role on TV.they can stimulate the consumption greatly in some sense.many companies want to make their products sell well in the market ,for that reason, they spare no money in advertising.as a result, they often make a more profit than their spending.therefore, the company will develop better and better and the employees will have a relatively secure job, not worrying the companies' going bankrupt for the time being.in addition , consumers can also benefit a lot from ads.By advertising, they are be able to find what they need easily and know about some information about the productions. After people have seen the ads, they will decide whether to buy the goods or not according to the situation.besides, ads revenues are the main source of TV station's income, which can keep the TV station running well.
However, others   critical thatBecause of the advertisements placed by many competing companies, consumers are able to learn about certain new products rapidly. If a product happens to be what some consumers need, they might be attracted to make a purchase and have trial use. If it turns out to be really good, people would set about recommending it to friends and the sales of this product will go up very quickly. So, we see this is a win-win situation both to consumers and manufacturers and we also see that consumers are not just influenced profoundly all at once. It takes time for them to establish faith in the advertised products.
