Online education has evolved over the last ten years as much as the cell phone. Given this, what have been some of the major improvements and changes in the digital classroom? There have been several major improvements and changes in the digital classroom take for example students being able to interact with each other in different locations.   I find that very amazing being to able to communicate and give feed back to someone in a different state. Another change has taken place would be from Blackboard to eCollege software.   Another major improvement would be text books allowing students to have access to their text books online. Take for instance Course Management   Systems   which,   are systems that allow students to easily add the course material, edit and manage it any way you want. Intellectual property is an intangible product that has commercial value.   Intellectual property involves stealing or misusing proprietary information a company (or person) owns. Here are some examples for instance someone downloading free music off websites like Frostwire , Limewire   and selling it. So my interpretation would be anything that was taken by someone else and sold for more than its value then the person who has copyrights and documentation to represents that it is theirs.   So therefore, I would say that it would have to depend whether the poem was stolen because the person would need some documentation...
