1. Tell me about your self.
  * I am Nitesh Choudhary, son of Mr., Jagdev Singh. I have completed my engineering in 2005 in mechanical stream. I got selected in welspun gujrat plate & coil mill through campus. Then I began developing skills relevant to project management. When I worked as a project engineer for one & half years. In that role, first I succeeded in assembly of equipments like roller table & rolls, after the successful assembly work i succeeded in erection & commissioning of equipments like down coiler by carefully analyzing the drawings and with the help of my seniors experience and subordinates support. I also face a challenge that one time my both seniors are absent and our vice president projects call me and give me a task of drawing generation of 400 MT concrete foundation for the old roll grinder and there are more then 100 foundation bolts and there are only few hand made sketches of that grinder and some drawings are missing. No doubt I visit the vice president room three times because there are so many confusions but at last I had completed that task within two days, at the time of commissioning not even a single bolt foul in the grinder. Then I join JSL in April’08 as an executive project engineer. My first assignment was down coiler and I had been completed this project within time. We face two major problems during this project. First is water sump, second is the coil transfer trolley bolt out at erection time. I stay for 26 hrs continuously & again dismantle the trolley then complete the erection work in the night and take the trial and handover the down coiler within the time without any delay. My next project is laminar cooling of Steckel mill. We face a challenge during the erection of 22 m long laminar tank at 9 m height, we erect the tank with the help of two road cranes and one EOT crane.
