Summary
Planning is important for people. There is a personal development planning for myself. After the studying of Introduction to Study at a UK University, I learned a lot. In this report, I analyse the perspect of my major and forecast the jobs which I hope to do in the furture. I also use the SWOT to analyse my advantages and disadvantages.

I am setting this report to understand my personal development planning and to understand the advangtage or disadvantage of myself. We may always feel confused about our future. We don’t know what to do and how to do in the following period of our life. For this reason, it is necessary to set a plan to make our future clear. I search the Internet an look the books to help me finish this report.

I’m a easygoing, quite, careful and optimistic person. I’m friendly and cheerily. But, I’m also a moody person. Iam a kind-hearted girl maybe sometimes with a little shy. So I prefer some quiet job. From the reserch in the class, I know I’m not good at communicating which is one of the biggest problems I have. For this reason I prefer do some work rather than work in a team. So I am poor at make team inspiration.Sometimes I like to make friends who can help me a lot not only in work but also in life. What’s more I like to listen music and play sports which can reduce the pressure. In my opinion, life should be based on happiness. So, everyone shoud learn to relax. I hope my futre is full of happiness, comfortable and relax. Everyone has their dream-future, I don’t seek for rich and authority . I just want my life to be meaningful. I hope to do what I like, what can make my life colorful. Only when I do what I want, I can try my best to make it perfect.
