Being a parent is everything but not easy. Nowadays, parents face a lot of issues, and with so many distractions in their lives, sometimes they don’t spend as much time as they should with their children. The law regulations about the responsibility of parents in each country is different, but there are still many countries in the world who think that children under age 18 are the responsibility of their parents. For examples, in some European countries and Australia the term refers to the responsibility parents have for the welfare for their children.

First, to avoid the act of juneville delinquency, parents have the right to protect their children under the law as long as they are under 18 years old. It is because they are as children who still needed to be controlled and protected.

Second, a large part of parenting giving guidance, instruction an being good example for their children. Parents need to ask themselves wheter they have given the early prevention to handle children’s behavior.

Therefore, many parents are too busy and they often give less attention to children and teenagers because they consider that they have given all of the children needs. So they thought, children behavior is not the part of their responsibility anymore. Eventough parenting is not an easy task, parents need to be cautious in the early age children to apply methods and techniques of effective parenting by setting limits and rules.

Last but not least, I believe that childern’s action needs to be responsible by their parents since parents have right to protect their children and parents have large parts of parenting. However eventough parenting is not an easy task, they still have to find methods and   techniques of effective parenting.
