How to Write a Business Report

Introduction

After discussion，we compare the social responsibility between two companies we had chosen last customers. We found that some companies really do well in employee welfare. However, when it comes to customer, what they did is not following what they said.

Body of report

We have done some research on P&G Corporation and Southwest Airlines.

P&G Company treats its employees very well; it provides competitive salary, great working environment and skill training programs for employees. However, when it comes to customers, it didn’t do as well as what it says. One of their products, skц, was detected to be heavy mental it contained exceeded bid badly, which made its customers suffer.

Another case is the Southwest Airlines. It also offers benefits and welfare to its employees and pays much attention to balance their work and life. But it fails to provide the best service to its customers. For example, a plane delays, Southwest Airlines may not have proper emergency measures except keeping customers waiting in the room without informing them when they can board and not doing anything to calm them down, some customers even fight with the staffs.

Though both of the companies do well in the responsibility to its employees, they cannot be trusted by their customers according to those bad things happened. They didn't serve their customers well as what they say, and it will leads to a bad reputation. It’s believed to be irresponsible to customers.

In conclusion，corporations should be responsible to both their employees and customers. We find that almost all corporations show our customers the best of themselves. However, little can do it well as they mentioned in their purpose. A good company should not only say some beautiful words, but also do exactly as what it says....
