Work History:

Assistant Director of Security/Office Manager: Horton Plaza (06/04-08/07)

Running day to day tasks of a security office. As well as assisting the Director with duties such as report preparation, payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of hiring and termination; I was tasked with creating and implementing new policies and procedures to help run our operation more smoothly. High focus on customer service, conflict resolution, and communication was put into my training.

Primerica Financial Services (08/07-10/09)

Working as an independent contractor to provide financial plans for families in need, as well as offer products to save them money or to provide a product that they previously thought out of reach such as a will or life insurance. My focus was on building relationships and creating long lasting business via word of mouth.

Johnson & Rountree Premium (06/08-07/09)

Working as a third party administrator for an insurance agency within the medical field. I would make contact with hospitals and private practices about over payments made by the insurance company for services rendered, and if needed, take proper steps to rectify the discrepancy.

Advantage Property Ventures (10/09-Current)

Working within the realm of venture capital. I contact potential clients and introduce them to an investment opportunity within the real estate realm. Once I have peaked the interest of the individual, I then collect pertinent information needed to close the sale. Once done, I send out the necessary forms and legal language needed to complete the transaction.
