Many governments spend large amounts of money on works of art such as paintings or sculptures, for public places.
Is this a good or a bad use of governments money?
At first, this fact which some authorities spend some money in artistic works has caused quite a stir. I personally believe that the answer of question dose not, yes or not because, this fact somehow related to economics’ circumstances, social situation and geographic.
  However, the social and the economic developments has brought about profound changes to art and culture arena. Another significant fact is that culture has always been an indispensable part of our lives and it has always exerted a profound influence on the way we live, work, play and learn Therefore, it is imperative that the governments invest   money to expend art projects.
  Most importantly, investment in artistic projects can not only endorse the development of artistic projects but it can also promote development of public cultures. For instance, artistic projects have attracted more people’s interests in terms of art, which have made more the pollution begin to study art and people to fulfill their artistic potential. Moreover, the artistic projects have the inherent advantage of affording people more entertainment and pleasure which enrich people’s experience of daily lives. On the other hands, people like to see some statues and the pictures that belong to the legendry heroes and take a photograph beside them that caused bring tourism and promote development tourism industries. For example, today’s people spend a lot of money to visit the Eiffel tower in Paris or statue of liberty in New York.
  With all the benefits, in present- day society some countries are afflicted with chronic poverty and their people have not access to basic needs. Therefore, it is unrealistic that nations let these governments spend money on artistic projects such as paintings and sculptures. However, in these countries, utilities must have focus...
