Today, many people are busy looking for some pill or stimulant, or perhaps some injections and magic lore to keep them young, happy and healthy.
Some believed that the secret to obtain health maybe found in maintaining a proper balance within reach. Thus, an enormous amount of money is poured out on the purchases of various types of pills and drugs. But the danger lies, because side effects and drug addiction are in rise.
Our time here is short. We can pass this world but once as we pass along, let us make the lost life. But how? What is the answer to this old-aged inquiry? What is the solution?
Life offers many treasures, the most valuable of which are health, a happy home, and true friends, peace of mind and peace with God. But there are certain considerations. If you are to benefit fully from life’s best gifts, you should understand and accept a few basic principles that open the door to health and lasting joy.
Illness never comes without a cause. Sickness is sometimes produced, and is often aggravated to break down the life-forces and to invite decay and death. Also, the tendencies of our physical nature, unless under the dominion of a higher power, will surely work ruin, degradation, and death. The body is to be brought into subjections. The higher powers of the beings are to rule; the kingly power of reason, sanctified by divine grace means restoration of the faculties, God, so to speak, should be given that perfect mastery over the natural inclinations which corrupt the body and soul.
