What is superfund program? Well, it is a program that the federal governments has so they can place, examine and even clean up the most horrible the neglected and abandoned toxic waste sites all over the country; This program is run by the Environmental Protection Agency. And some of the program has accountable Superfund's money may have turned into a supporting mire fund. It is also considered that this method of development or let’s call it services that can proposed to meet a public need for working mothers and or involved program for the public works.

To start off there are over 112 Superfund sites that are considered as National Priorities List and another addition 29 more sites that are considered as Proposed Site and Deleted Sites in the State of New Jersey. To identify a few from as close as where I live then let’s start with Cinnaminson Ground Water Contamination which is considered to be a part of our National Priorities List. I will start by name them and then I will give you a little explanation about what is what for each one. Now let’s move on; we have one site name Route 561 Dump and this is for the Proposed Site list. Cooper Road Drum Dump is one of the sites that are on the Deleted Sites list. These are just one of the closest ones from where I live in Camden County, New Jersey. In the next three paragraphs I will examine a little about the above sites. So you can know exactly where they from and do in these sites.

Let’s start with our National Priorities Sites; Cinnaminson Ground Water Contamination this place is located in Cinnaminson Township, NJ. It’s been on the National Priorities list since the 1986, because of harmful hazardous chemicals that was found on our soil and ground water. The Burlington County is actually the place that this 400 acre superfund site is really located at a landfill, which has housing and a little bit of heavy manufacturing properties.
