Universal health care is an expression that refers to a legislative system meant to ensure that every citizen or resident of a country has right of entry to the required medical service. The methods through which payment is achieved and through which doctors practice medicine vary widely depending on the city or country. According to scientist studies have shown the universal health care was started in Persian Empire almost 2,500 years ago by Cyrus king of the Iran. Introductory health insurance, unemployed benefits, salary for pregnant women were services that Persian people had that time. After decades, insurance systems become one of the most important industrial money makers for countries. We are not able to see universal health care in the United States the same as European or Asian countries because the United States is an individual country with a different system of management which is a utopia for the people who want freedom and like to achieve the American dream. Although having universal health care could be useful and necessary for most American citizens and residents who do not have insurance, it is not possible because for the economy, politics, and cultures system of the United States it would be against universal health care.

Economy is one of the most important elements that have many effects to insurance system of each country because Americans economy system is a capitalism it means; an economic system based on the private ownership of the means of production, distribution, and exchange, characterized by the freedom of capitalists to operate or manage their property for profit in competitive conditions also called free enterprise, private enterprise too. In capitalism system you are free to investment as long as you obey the law and pay your business taxes. At the free enterprise method you do not have to pay most of your financial income to the government as a tax, like most European countries which have socialism economy system so...
