Morality, Ethics, and reality IN BETWEEN

The quote above is cited from http://birdmantk.wordpress.com and ultimately expresses the obstacles and failures we experience that build us into the stronger, wiser person we are today. These life lessons are personal and can be taught by our parents or teachers but in the end we choose our own paths and the principles that lead us. Over my years of living I have been fortunate to have family members of wisdom who have taught me various things. However, I also have discovered some of my own and here are three that are a combination of the two: individuality, balance, and forgiveness. First is individuality, a lesson that every human being journeys through; in trying to find their own identity and who they are. Sometimes, this process can be quick or drawn out but really depends on the person. Next is balance, also a primary lesson in many lives. In addition, can be applied to everyday life in addition to specifics; anything to keep one thing from outweighing another. Lastly, is forgiveness a primitive principal in my life currently. This lesson can be taught early on however, continues to get more complicated to practice as faults in life get harder to forgive.

In these regards, most of the time you learn these lessons the hard way and/or you continue to struggle with them. The one that I’ve struggled the most with is forgiveness.
