Disturbed people lurk around in the back alleys of each and every place inhabited by humans on this planet. These people are sociopaths, that is, they don’t care about fellow human beings like you and I do. In fact taking another man’s life is as simple as squashing a cockroach for sociopathic people like these. The scariest part about this very phenomenon is that these ‘disturbed’ people camouflage in our society so well that we do not know their true colours until it’s too late, more often than not.
Such is the very story of one Sebastian Mascarenas a renowned painter in the Goan art society by day and a highly dangerous killer whose kill count has already reached 17, by night. Sebastian has had a disturbed soul from very early on in his childhood. Like all psychotic killers, he too has an eventful past that coloured the pages of his future.
Sebastian’s mother Rosa was a woman with loose character. She would cheat on her husband and neglect her son ALL THE TIME.   Thus Sebastian could never have, what can be a called – A normal childhood. Scared with hatred for his mother, he eventually began to fester an undying anger for married women that cheated with other men and had affairs. In fact by the time he was about 23, he had already killed six such innocent women.
As the years went by, so did the number of kills. Most notably he was known for killing the Goan chief Minister’s wife who he had learnt was sleeping with the cabinet minister. Such a high profile murder spread fear and pandemonium in the goan society and everyone knew that there was a serial killer lurking around amongst them. They just didn’t know who.
Little did anyone ever suspect, it was the famous painter who was in the eye of the public all the time.
