Good ethical behavior is one of tools of corporation management which can be used to assess the well-being of an organization and its reputation in the society. Evidently, companies derives reputation from good behaviours lead to customer loyalty, consequently resulting in maintained profit. On the contrary, bad behaviors hinder the growth and decline. Therefore, the success of an corporation can be attributed to its good ethical behaviour.
Big corporations serves as an inspiration and driving force that particular industry which can anticipate its future. Most of them lead the improvement, innovation and revolution of their own industry around the world; contributing to enormous work opportunities meanwhile resolving the unemployment problems, paying large amount of tax to assist government management. Good behaviors difuse into different cultures which can be widespread and best everywhere. Nevertheless, some behaviors from big corporations infringe customer’s legal rights. In order to obtain the maximize profit, some of them compelled workers without rest, sick leave and even reduction of wages and pension. For companies concentrate much on profit-maximumation at the expense of workers and customers tend to be egoist. Those selfish behaviors bring out the impediment to its future, potentially, impoverish.
In China, there was a severe influence incident astonished whole world about Sanlu Milk. Producers used part of melamine instead of powder in order to reach the standardize of protein content. The reason why Sanlu used melamine into powder was maintain its top sales volume and best profit all around China. It had caused four death and 6244 confirmed cases up to September 18th 2008, due to a poisonous chemical melamine which can lead to kidney stones especially among babies in powders.
