People gladly buy magazines where interviews with their favorite actors or singers are published and where they tell some secrets of their success and describe their private lives. But should famous people be allowed to keep their private lives private?

Firstly, everyone around the world has the right to live their lives in the way they want to and to be respected for this and also as regards their privacy.
Secondly, being far away from camera flashes stars get no stress and, as a result, save all their emotions for the film shootings, performances on the scene, etc.

Every medal has its reverse. Celebrities earn money “selling” their private life details. Nowadays it has become one of their income items. For example, celebrity parents are usually offered great sums of money by tabloids for the first photographs of their newborn children.
A decrease in media information leads to a decrease in popularity - a star wakes one day and realizes that nobody's interested in him. Consequently, they work less or stop working at all.

In conclusion it could be said that despite all disadvantages of being in the limelight show business cannot exist without mass media. Both ordinary people and celebrities are in need of being connected by it. Otherwise the whole idea of progressive society would lose its meaning.
