Introduction

The overall attractiveness and outlook of an economy has a bearing upon the industries working in that economy, and the industries when get integrated on a larger scale influence or represent the economy of that country, Siemens Pakistan provides products and services relating to IT Solutions in diverse businesses from energy to industry and Health sectors, but because the national economy experienced weakening on macroeconomic stability and there have been structural problems like power shortages resulting in discernible slowdown in economic activity,   being part of the local industry like other companies, Siemens Pakistan was also hit hard by the domestic economic crisis, political uncertainties, law and order situation etc, the reason for this is that company comes under the cyclical industries that are coincident with the economy, if the economy as a whole performs well such industries would also perform well.
