The main parameters of the crusher like eccentricity and eccentric speed are both closely related to the shape of the crushing chamber.
2. Improve vibrating screen
Screening is an important part of crushing system, but most vibrating screen configuration of China Crushers has its problems. Improvement measures are as follows: (1) increasing the length of the screen surface; (2) increasing the vibration rate; (3) reducing the installation angle of the screen surface; (4) improving feeding ways; (5) improving the screening structure and material.
3. Add design of material automatically adjust system and uniform fabric.
