The Steelers of the 1970s and 1990s

The steelers played against the Minnesota Vikings in the Super bowl, but it wasn't just the two teams it was also the player that played, there was Franco Harris he came from Penn State University and   he joined the steelers in 1971 as a running back. There was also a player that played for the steelers his name is Terry Bradshaw he came from Louisiana Tech and he joined the steelers in 19171 as a quarterback. But that was not all who played, Lynn Swan played, Mean Joe Green and L.C. Greenwood and the rest of the team.
The thing that we are talking about is the NFL and a certain team in the NFL name steelers and the football championship that they made it to and the year they made it to the super bowl.
The way that they played was really good because they won the super bowl so im going to tell you about each quarter and how they played . First quarter , the steelers got a 2 point safety. Second quarter   the steelers scored there first touch down of the game. The third quarter Harris made a 12 yard run. The steelers seemed to have the game fourth quarter , however after a while   the vikings scored after blocking a punt from the steelers in the end zone. But the steelers still had hope after the vikings missed the extra point. The game ended 9-6 with steelers in the lead right now.
The steelers thought we have to win so they regained control of the game. So they went on a 65 yard drive that featured Franco Harris strong running. But the best part was when Terry Bradshaw hit Larry Brown   in the end zone with a 4 yard pass to ice the game with Minnesota Vikings with 6 and Pittsburgh Steelers with 16.
In the 1990 season, Joe Walton was hired as a offensive coordinator to redesign the offense. The system was so complex that the steelers did not score any offensive touchdown until the fourth game. Once the system was simplified the steelers began to win. Victory in the final game would have...
