Cement powder making procedure
Cement material crushed by jaw crusher, elevated by bucket elevator and fed by feeder are pulverized in the main machine. powder is concentrated with the flow of blower.the classified powder is sent to bunker through pipe and discharged as finished product.
There is negative pressure in the line. first, the air blew by blower brings material to spiral collector, and then goes back to blower, in that case the air is recycled.
sencond, there is a lock under powder collector, so that capacity is increased. finally, the air and powder remaining in the bottom of the main machine is filtered by the dust bag before exhausted into the air, protecting the enviroment.
