Tracking GPS System
The government has the right to track your every movement anywhere you are located at. If any harm is intended a police has the right to take it in to his authority and help who is needed. Tracking your every movement could result into something positive because if anyone is missing and the kidnapper is communicating over a phone the government can take matter into his/her own hand. Governments agents can sneak onto your property in the middle of the night put a GPS device on the bottom of your car and keep track of everywhere you go. This doesn't violate your Fourth Amendment rights, because you do not have any reasonable expectation of privacy in your own driveway and no reasonable expectation that the government isn't tracking your movements.
As a result, government officials can learn a remarkable amount of detailed personal information about you by accesing your location history from your cell phone company, variety from who your talking about, or where your going next weekend. Law enforcement can get months worth of your information, without you ever knowing and often without a warrant from a judge.
Tracking our phones is the right thing...
