After nearly a decade of research and development, non-metallic minerals industry has made tremendous development, and it will surpass the value of the use of metal ore. The continued improvement of its deep-processing technology is has narrowed the gap with the industrialized counties, and basically have been able to meet their own quality requirements of the industry and related fields required raw materials. The use of non-metallic minerals mainly depends on the extent of its deep processing, including fine purification and surface modification, and the effective is the premise and guarantee of deep processing. Therefore, the stone flour mill, raymind mill, high pressure suspension grinding mill and hammer crusher, jaw crusher and other crushing plant has been widely used in ultra-fine grinding, and the development of its technology determines the rational development and utilization effect of non-metallic mineral products in some extent.

There are two feeding ways for Hongxing sand maker, the first: the material fed through the full center of sand maker. The material rntered into the feed hopper, then enter the rotator with high-speed rotation, and then be fully accelerated and thrown out through emission mouth. The second: material falling into the hopper, and then fall through loop hole and be divided into two shares. One share enter into the impeller in a high-speed rotation through sub trays, while the other share dropped from a sub-trays around, and be thrown out in high-speed after acceleration of the impeller, and then impact the materials emitted from the impeller and form a continuous material curtain, and finally discharged through the discharge opening in the lower part of sand maker.
