      Executive Summary


Gift gallery is a specialty gift shop in a beautiful space in f-10 markaz. I specialize in an assortment of high-quality merchandise ranging from greeting cards to personalized apparel and home accents. What differentiate my business from other gift shops is Candy Bouquets which are the delicious alternative to flowers that never fade, wilt, or die, and are sure to surprise and delight. It’s a unique, one-of-a-kind gift that will make a lasting impression. I will cater to high income group of the society. My company image exemplifies what customers are seeking in home accents and gifts which is a "Modern & Urban Life Style" look and feel. I will make sure that my target market is aware of the grand opening of our shop. In year one, gift gallery plans to break-even and in year two, I have a plan to generate a moderate profit. Some future growth plans for gift gallery include: physically expanding the location to include the 2nd level of my live/work unit; broadening our unique product line; developing and implementing e-commerce to my existing website in years ahead; and establishing a mail order catalog.


For the opening of the retail location, I took a loan of rupees 1250000 apart from the equal investment from both partners. Even though I am not well versed in the retail industry,
