  1) What is value creation for customers? Value creation for customers entails making products and providing services that customers find consistently useful. IKEA is also doing the same thing to create value for its customers. IKEA’s vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people. They make this possible by offering a wide range of well designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible will be able to afford them. People who shop at IKEA believe that they are getting valuable products for their hard earned money which satisfies them and hence make them loyal to the IKEA’s brand as they know that this particular brand gives high value for less money.
IKEA also tries to create further value for its customers by making its stores in such a way that could maximise the shopping experience for the whole family and makes this activity something that all the family members can enjoy together.
IKEA also emphasises on its customers and provide solutions to their real life problems at home. IKEA achieves this by continuously improving its product development and product range and makes it as fashionable as possible to gives its customer the best solutions to their real life problems.
What is value delivery? A value delivery is a company’s supply chain and how it partners with specific suppliers and distributors in the process of producing goods and delivering them to the end customer. IKEA tries its best to reduce prices so that it can sell its product at a cheaper price to its customers while making a profit. IKEA operates with many suppliers and all the suppliers are given strict guidelines to follow the rules and not to involve in any unethical activity.
