Personal Statement

It is said that “Interest is the best teacher”. One will decide his direction through finding out his or her interest. I specialize in E-business during my undergraduate study. While at university, I acquired basic knowledge on the specialized courses and got good academic results. Besides, I was fond of reading science magazines and books on various fields, which enabled me to acquire lots of information. Except for accomplishing my major, I also minored in International Economics and Trade. Also, I attended lectures delivered by many famous professors and experts, from which I learnt the history of my major and its current situation, prospect and know more advanced professional technologies.

Apart from study, I also participated in various extra-curricular activities and obtained good results. While at university, I was selected Monitor and organized series of team activities. Besides, I was fortunate enough to join in the practice program to USA in the summer of 2011, during which I learnt about the diverse cultures of the two countries and accomplished all the tasks assigned to me. I think the USA a very vibrant country and my English also got improved through that practical program. I am very proud of my outstanding performance.

To sum up, the four-year undergraduate education enables me to master English, computer software, hardware and solid foundation in my major. The case demonstration in classes improved my language expression ability, logical thinking ability and analyzing ability. I become braver to show myself and thus my confidence also got increased. However, what I lack is more systematic and professional education in my major through postgraduate studies. Your postgraduate program pays more attention to deeper academic research and cultivation of strategic decisiveness. Experience accumulation is also very important part of your program.
