Ceramic ball mill is mainly designed to mix, and mill materials. With less energy, it produce high fineness product. It has two types, wet mills and dry mills. According to product requirement to satisfy different customer’s requirement, the machine could use different lining board products. The milling fineness depends on the milling time. The motor is started by the coupling which can reduce voltage and lower the starting electricity. The structure is divided into integral type and freestanding type. By feeding department, the exiting material department, the rotor, the transmission department (speed reducer, small transmission gear, electrical machinery, electric control) and so on main part composes .The midlevel axis uses the steel casting, the inside lining is detachable, rotates the big wheel to use the casting to roll the tooth processing, tube in vivo besets with by the wear-resisting backing, has the good resistance to wear. It revolves steadily, operation reliable.After reach and study, when ball mill has the problems such as overheat of worm wheel and worm gear, bearing damage, excessive abrasion, we need to replace and repair ball mill in time. We need to change the bearing of ball mill, remove the impurity inside ball mill and change lubricating oil, change worm wheel and worm gear of ball mill. When the driving device of ball mill goes loose, or worm wheel wears out or bearing of ball mill wears out or screws become loose, we can cool ball mill trough fixing the driving device of ball mill, changing worm wheel of ball mill, changing bearing, tighten screws of ball mill, remove impurity. When ball mill goes overloaded, lubricant oil is too much or too little, we should adjust ball mill to the appropriate load or choose ball mill of larger size and add lubricant oil in driving device of ball mill.
