I personally admire Steve jobs a lot as he is known for being the co founder of apple and with
his appropriate leadership styles made the organizational structure and culture of Apple very
systematic and friendly. He is widely recognized as a charismatic pioneer of the personal computer revolution. He is my role model, because He taught me that persistence leads to success. He taught me if I keep working hard I will achieve my goals and be successful. He learned me to not afraid to be wrong. I learned from him to try to do new thing without fearing from failure. He said “Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.” This quote gave me a real power to try new things and not to be afraid. Jobs taught me to be a unique, because being normal will only lead me to normal results. Also, he taught me that do not walk at the same way everyday and expecting different results. He taught me to be aware of all details, and to keep them organized.

As I coming close to finishing my academic program, I need to develop
my proper leadership skills as well as the abilities to achieve success in my career. He is the
perfect example of a role model because with his leadership styles and leadership qualities he
has been able to achieve so much success and growth.
He was a follower of Autocratic or Authoritarian style of leadership which is a kind of leadership in which the leaders direct their
employees that what work they want and in which style and how the task should be
accomplished (maxwell, 2012). It is benefited when the conditions are best to use and when the
subordinate has all the information regarding how work has to be done (Forster, 2010).
