After the coal-fired heating boiler ceased, the dirt, smoke of the heating surface should be cleaned.   pipe which is connected with the outside section should also be leaned.
Fill soft water to the heating water pipe, if there is no soft water, it is adaptive to fil raw water.however,2kg sodium hydroxide should put in every ton of water, or 5kg trisodium phosphate,   10kg soda instead. The pill should disolved into liquid to fill the water.
The coal-fired heating boiler is filled with alkaline solution, which help to produce the alkaline protective layer so that the metal surface will not be corroded. The soft water and the   alkline water should be in a full state to prevent the air penetration.
When the coal-fired heating boiler water softening or dosing after the water filled, it should be heated to 105 ℃,   the gas in the water should be excluded, the boiler are all closed, and there shall be no leakage .
