The Reasons Causing the Excessive High Temperature of the Mobile Crusher Bearing

The bearing is an important component of the mobile crusher, its performance directly influences the normal operation of the whole equipment. Because the mobile crusher is used for a long time, the bearings are prone to be overheated, and the excessive high temperature can lead to the jam of the bearing, affecting the normal production of the entire process.Therefore,I will introduce the reasons causing the excessive high temperature of the mobile crusher bearing as follows.

1. The rotor is not concentric
That the rotor of the motor and the rotor of the mobile crusher is not concentric or two bearing housings are rugged will make the bearing be impacted strongly by the extra load,causing the bearing to heat up ,and the bearing temperature will become too high, affecting its normal work.

2. The tightness of the bearing cap and the shaft is unappropriate
The tightness of the bearing cap and the shaft is unappropriate.That it is too tight or too loose will make the equipment squeak noises and swing obviously in operation process ,causing the bearings to heat up and the temperature to rise.

3. The uneven lubrication and congestion
That the lubricant in the mobile crusher bearings is too much or too little will cause that the bearing is in a bad lubrication condition,which also causes that the friction increases,the bearings heat up , and the temperature rises.And if the lubrication holes and lubrication groove of the bearing are not cleaned regularly, the lubrication holes will be blocked by the dusts and other foreign materials, the added lubricants cannot be accessed to the parts that need to be lubricated, which can also lead to the increased bearing temperature.When the temperature of the mobile crusher bearings becomes higher,you must stop to find the reasons, and remove the faults, to prevent the production line stopping functioning due to the damage of the bearing , bringing the unnecessary losses.
